After being graduated in Commerce from University of Calcutta in 1998, Mr Rajesh Kumar Agarwal chose to pursue his further studies from abroad. He completed CA in the year 2000 and founded this firm, as a sole proprietorship venture. With a mission to turn his singular vision and focus into reality, the idea of developing a partnership firm came in his mind back in 2017. His tenure together with reputation of maintaining integrity trust and above all personal, involved approach in dealing with his clients led to distinguished and enviable accounting career with a wide and ever-expanding client base.
He is a fellow chartered accountant having expertise in audit and assurance, due diligence and valuation services. He specializes in Goods and Service tax (GST), besides his extensive experience in other fields.

Sunaina Shaw became member of ICAI in 2015. She started her illustrious career with Multinational Companies such as Jindal Steel & Power Limited and Electro Steels Limited. She joined M/s Agarwal Rajesh K & Associates as a partner in 2017 and her tenure has been a sparkling one. She provides end to end solutions related to indirect taxes, professional assignments, business development, management advice and also handles litigations related to GST.

Mr. Ankit Goyal is a graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He became a member of ICAI in 2017 and chose to pursue CS after completing further studies.

Mr. Navin Shaw is a Chartered Accountant who have completed CA course in 2020. He has also done graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He started his career at the firm as a partner and looks after various audit aspects.
